Cook County Community Center Assistance is on a first come first served basis - no appointments needed or taken.

Please bring: All related tax documents such as W-2s etc. Social security cards for all in your household to be listed on the tax return. Picture IDs for adults. You will be asked to do an intake form and our volunteers will do an interview and review your documents.

In most cases we should be able to E-file your Federal and Minnesota tax returns. We also can process and E-file Minnesota homestead property tax refunds and rent refunds for those eligible.
