Understanding High-Potency Cannabis & Its Impact on Teens – A Conversation with Heather & Randy Bacchus Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and community members are invited to join Heather and Randy Bacchus as they share their family’s story and shed light on the effects of high-potency cannabis on the developing teen brain. After losing their son to cannabis-induced psychosis and suicide, they have dedicated themselves to educating others about the potential risks of today’s cannabis and empowering youth and families with knowledge and support - as well as reminding them that they are important, valued, and loved.

This event is an opportunity to ask questions, gain insights, and prepare for meaningful conversations with the young people in your life. Local schools will be offering the Be Extraordinary, Be You presentation to teens the following day, making this a valuable chance for adults to engage with the topic in advance.
