Get your business set up for success with QuickBooks Online in this hands-on learning session. With expert guidance, you’ll walk through the essential steps to set up, customize, and integrate your account, ensuring it works seamlessly for your needs. We will start with the initial setup, guiding you through logging in for the first time, creating your company profile with key details like name, address, industry, and fiscal year, and setting up the appropriate tax settings, such as sales tax or GST. You’ll also connect your bank accounts and credit cards to enable automatic transaction imports. From there, we’ll explore customization options, including personalizing your dashboard, adjusting invoices, estimates, and sales receipts with logos and color schemes, and setting up user permissions for team members and accountants. We’ll also cover how to integrate third-party apps like PayPal and Shopify to enhance your workflow. Additionally, you’ll gain an understanding of how QuickBooks Online connects with financial institutions, including how the bank feed works, linking accounts, and automatically importing and categorizing transactions. The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to troubleshoot any setup challenges and explore additional customization options. By the end of the session, you’ll have the basics under your belt to manage your QuickBooks Online setup and daily financial tasks. We recommend having two screens so you can watch the presentation while actively interacting with QuickBooks Online.
