Master Bing (a 15th generation Wudang Tai Chi master)  is a well loved teacher by beginning and advanced students alike.. His classes  offer something for everyone and this year while visiting Grand Marais  he is offering a special Mother's Day mini-workshop,   teaching a fun and easy healing practice based on the elegant movements of the crane, embracing the energy of spring turning to summer to cultivate a calm mind, and a happy heart.  Participants also receive a special Wudang Mt. calligraphy gift signed by Master Bing in honor of Mother's Day and cultivating a happy and loving heart.
